Attendance & Measuring Outcomes

How We Measure Outcomes:

We use various measures to monitor outcomes with two key measures being attendance and engagement, however we also measure effort, wellbeing and attitude.

Every young person has an individualised progress tracker covering attendance, engagement, emotional wellbeing, and academic milestones. We use regular check-ins, standardised wellbeing scales, tutor observations, and half-termly progress reports to build a holistic picture of each learner’s journey — capturing the small wins that traditional metrics often miss.

The attendance, engagement, wellbeing and attitude for every session are recorded and shared with host schools & preofessionals each day; attendance notifications are sent within 30mins of collection and session updates are sent by the end of the same working day,

We understand that this feedback and measure is critical schools, therefore all Practitioners are KPI’d internally on these measures and timelines.

Most of our students have joined us with below 5% attendance and we have many students who currently attend their sessions 100% of the time.

Students comment that sessions and support have helped with anxiety, social wellbeing and emotional stability, as well as being able to get back into permanent education.

But don’t just take our word for it!
